A Typical Week in the MEPP Program

Each semester you'll take simultaneously two courses that complement each other in terms of content and activities. In a typical week you'll have assignments from both courses that would include assigned readings, problems for individual and group analysis, a live conference on the Web, online discussion and online project work.

Each course will engage you in extensive, meaningful interaction with other engineers in the course and the instructor. The Internet and your computer are your doorway to this highly collaborative learning space.

Within a given week you get to choose when you do your coursework. MEPP students typically do most of their studying during late evenings and over the weekend. The only activity with a specific time is the weekly conference, which you can attend on Wednesday morning or Thursday evening. You can participate in conferences and all other course activities from anywhere in the world and waste no time traveling to a classroom or videoconference facility.
